What is Foot/Hand Reflexology?

Foot/Hand Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the foot or hand, known as reflex points or zones, to stimulate corresponding areas and organs throughout the body. This therapy is based on the belief that these reflex points are connected to various parts of the body via energy pathways. Since ancient times, China has believed that the bottoms of the feet and hands are divided into approximately 25 parts. Each part correlates to a different organ, gland or part of the body. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, reflexology may help relieve the congestion of these organs opening up the flow of "chi" through the meridians by stimulating energy flow, improving overall circulation, promoting relaxation, and encouraging the body’s natural healing mechanisms. This is why “Reflexology” is the art or science that focuses on reprogramming the atoms, cells, and electrons of the body to their original and balanced state through the triggering of these signal points on the foot/hand.

What is Electrotherapy?

Electrotherapy is advanced technology working with natural energy to heal, stimulate, regenerate and correct frequencies. Even though it is used in numerous countries worldwide on sports athletes, many people are not yet familiar with electrotherapy. Basically, electrotherapy is low frequency electrical impulses used to communicate, stimulate, re-connect and repair the electrical circuitry of the body. When the body experiences pain or numbness, this indicates a blocked, suppressed or damaged electrical circuit which needs to be repaired. It indicates the electrical communication has a malfunction. Electrotherapy promotes re-connection of the body circuitry, stimulation of electrical energy flow, recharging of the cells, and supports pain management by correcting nerve cell communication, thus promoting healing and wellness.

What are Some Benefits of Electrotherapy?

  • Stimulates the nerves and promotes nerve regeneration

  • Strengthens weak muscles

  • Improves circulation
